SSAT’s Women in Leadership and Education event, will bring together teachers, leaders and other advocates actively championing the development and progression of women from diverse backgrounds to:

• Celebrate: Honour inspirational female leaders within and beyond the SSAT network.
• Address underrepresentation: Shine a light on the persistent underrepresentation of women, especially those from diverse ethnic backgrounds, in leadership positions.
• Empower: Equip participants to positively influence their school/organisation’s approach to achieving gender equality.
• Spotlight successes: Highlight successful practice combatting gender inequality within the sector.
