A website about water ... and to help visitors gain a deeper understanding of how important water is to all of us on a daily basis and hence the consequences of water shortage. There is also a section dealing with the more disruptive forces of water and the dangers posed by flooding and tidal waves etc.

Life Support

Life support covers numerous techniques which could save the life of a loved one, friend or just somebody you meet on the street. This site aims to cover the whole UK Life Support syllabus and focuses on the requirements of the Royal Life Saving Society course but the skills are applicable to many other qualifications and are the same worldwide.

Cold War

Now that so many computer games are based on conflict avoidance strategies, this website was developed out of a fascination with the cold war period. The team's research provided an opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the background to the struggle between the superpowers and what was learned from this episode that will prevent a similar situation ever occurring again.

Global Tales

Global Tales is a collection of traditional myths, legends and folk tales from all over the world! The countries featured are Australia, Japan, Iraq, China, Africa, India, Norway and the United Kingdom.

Through characters like Ally the Apple and Mike the Melon, this website looks at food, healthy eating and lifestyle for keeping fit.

Seventh Heaven

This website looks at the occurrence of the number 7 in a variety of different aspects of life and the world, from the Seven Wonders of the World to 'seven' in music and film!
